Rich is relatively smart: he had the choice of either overdosing on roids and gh, or injecting with oil, bcaa, of whatever the name is. Perhaps the oil way is less harmfull and easier to maintain for several years?

Ok big guy settle down.  They would be fake based on my observations regarding this gym not using grey, metallic plates.

I've found some good ways to tell if someone is lying about their bench:

- If it's n*100 where n is an integer then they are lying
- If it's 45 + n*90 then they are lying
- If they say something like "it's about x for about y reps" they are lying (everyone knows exactly what they bench)
- If they say something like "it's really not very strong 20 guys in my gym do more" then they are lying

the guy doing that lift is an insanely strong guy. 315 on incline for him is speed work.
