No, he didn't.....at least, not against the competition he faced at the time. He should have competed after Arnold retired, if the Olympia were that important to him. But, getting that Hulk role was too much to pass up and ultimately ended up being the smart move for him.

Padilla was robbed. Franco should never have won in '81 and Dickerson was a poor choice later on as well.  Coleman looked like a pod from Invasion of the Blobbysnatchers. 

Bigger isn't always better, its just always bigger.  Stupid schomes.

Yates in 1997 was the worst I've ever seen.
