You probably know more about dieting than me but 2 tricks I use are
1 cut out all soda or diet soda and drink seltzer water - you still get the fizz
Without all the sugar or diet soda cancer.
2 eat a huge fucking salad with oil/vinegar then eat a smaller portion of bullshit/
Cheeseburger fries, pasta or whatever. Get almost full of vegetables then eat a way
Smaller portion of something tasty and you are satiated and don't feel the need to
Cheat or fall off your diet.
