Doesn't look like either man pictured could bench press 5 plates on the hammer strength. Just saying.
You are irascible

Point-of-fact, I don't doubt that, at that point in time, Jay would've had a very easy time of 5 PPS on the standard Hammer Iso-Incline. I know you like to lampoon Phil's strength or lack thereof, but didn't he do pretty well in that chickenshit Weider v. Muscletech bench press challenge?
You know, the one in which Nasser did 15 perfect reps with 225, then racked the weight and practically ran offstage? (I am NO Nasser fan -- I think he was a huge asshole in general, a man who delighted in misdirecting people -- BUT I have to give him a bit of a break here: his 225x15 was not only perfectly executed, he racked the weight long before he seemed to slow down. I.e., I'm sure he could've done a bunch more. But he did lose points for making up some stupid Ninja excuse for his lackluster performance instead of being the "Wizard of Truth": after the challenge, he said something about how he wasn't used to "low reps" and was more accustomed to benching "about 600" for reps

Phil smoked Nassoil in that challenge and his reps were, if not full-range, at least somewhere between touching the chest and lockout.
Phil might be a relative pussy in the gym, but most of the people taking his piss don't have a lot of room to talk. The kid IS all drugs, but I'd bet good money that he'd outbench any critics here in one of Palumbo's Bros V. Pros challenges
