Mid-life crisis is a myth
« on: December 15, 2014, 02:44:22 AM »
Just men doing things they can afford to do now which they couldn't before. From sporty cars to expensive hobbies like diving...etc to young materialistic girls. It's the same young man with the same desires only now doing things he couldn't afford in his 20's.

I have said this repeatedly.

The goal is to be able to have a "mid life crisis" in your 20/30's. That means you are ahead of the curve.

Since u have very bad eyes i recomend u to educate yourself to be a police officer, doctor, priest or psychologist (people that people go to when they have problems) and u will soon get a more clear view in your life and the society!

They might have to move the "mid life crisis" soon though, people are barely considered adults at 30 years of age. Generation nothingness sure has pushed the envelope for what is considered a childish age.

25 year olds acting and talking like 15 year olds. Shaking my head.

i just think alot of the stuff we see now with older guys"50" or so dressing younger and trying to feel and look young again is just them not coping with the aging process very well, something like whats happening to me now.i dont dress any different though then when i was 20 yrs old, always dressed the same way,it aint like i was dressing one way and then went 100% turn around and started dressing young again. i like to wear sweats alot, not all ripped up sweats or nothing like that but nice looking, even designer type of sweat hoodies like NIKE or ADIDAS.been wearing that style since the late 70's or so and just feels COMFORTABLE for me,i mean when i used to go out to clubs and dinners id wear a nice pair of dress pants and a nice dress shirt with some decent shoes,i wasnt no DAPPER DON :D but the stuff looked decent and mad me look presentable and nice enough to let the broads think i was a normal guy, and i was able to get some pussy before they realized i was some fucking lunatic thats got permanant brain damage and lifts weights and sticks needles in his ass.then goes and posts on some insane bodybuilding boards called GETBIG,all of that while driving a sports car(corvette) at 50yrs old and CRANKING AC/DC and VAN HALEN trying to look like a BEACH BOY STUD

I've seen one fella of age about 50, last weekend, in a night-meal place people come on weekends. He came at 3AM to order some snack and everyone was like "whoa". He was dressed fukkin ACE, you could see he's easily above 40, but the way he carried himself, his clothes, obviously in shape, obviously loaded, well it must be seen to understand. Some people just have it, regardless of age. It's all in the head.

This is one of the smartest posts I have read on here. I have read so much on here about mid life crisis. Even the thread going now about oldest person you know juicing. But Skorp is 100% spot on. I just turned 56 and 7 years ago I got an incredible promotion that over doubled my yearly salary. I just bought a new BMW hard drop top, I am able to do some other shit I have wanted to do and life is good. I would have done the same 20 years prior or 20 years later. As long as my body allows me to do certain things I will do them. If someone thinks I want to be young again, so be it. I wouldn't trade now for anything.

"mid-life crisis" is more feminist propaganda.  It was designed to publicly shame men who had achieved success and questioned the obligations of family and husbandry.  god forbid a man wakes up and decides to radically change his life   ::)

I'm in my early 30s and the only thing that makes me feel "old" are little aches and pains/injuries that I dont remember getting in the early 20's. And I get a little tired more easier.

I had a lot of cool stuff in my thirties, I now live a more simple lifestyle. My priorities have changed, fancy cars and big homes just add up to more headaches.
I've always preferred women close to my own age too...

This crisis is a man at a certain point thinks FUCK IT.  Why am I saving all my money for retirement?  So I can be old and rich and sit on my ass all day shitting myself?  At a certain point you work your ass off to support wife, kids etc... and realize fuck them, what about me?

I'm in my early 30's too and thankfully do not notice any differences.
