I am largely rehabbed from my hernia surgery of 9/13, having taken couple months off, then a light month, before pushing more. Finally Squatting 545 for reps again to parallel after supersetting Nautilus leg extensions and Vertical Leg presses. Several light to moderate- (<50%) before the working HIT sets. Not far off my best, but no longer going for extreme poundages. I don't think I need it anymore. At 54, I haven't seen the kind of fall off in leg training that I was led to expect. Maybe at 60+??
