Yeah let him go all out on those decline/incline! He cant even do a singel rep with 4plates, yet contiue doing forced reps...I wouldbe pretty carfeull with my body/muscles if I make a living from them! 3 plats is enough, doing sets of nice 6-12 reps is just fine, less risk!
