It was the mother's mistake and a classic for women in general that choose to conceal carry in a purse and not on their body.  In a purse the weapon can get lost or taken and isn't easy to find in a pressure situation. 

I'd feel bad except the general reason given by women for NOT carrying on their bodies is that they'd have to by a bigger size pants or wear looser clothing.

On a positive note; even if little Harry is convicted of murder he'll most likely serve 15-20 years at the most, so he will be out in time to celebrate his 21 birthday.

1. no blacks in idaho
2. too poor for the few 1/2 blacks there to rob

kid probably wins because he gets adopted by a rich white family and is too young to remember the incident long term.

That poor kid was probably scared senseless; after given some time to digest the facts of this case it's obvious that the toddler was acting in self defense.
