44 years later!  Imagine  that… I can’t think of anyone within the industry who’d miss the chance to see it, and bring new arguments to the table.

              Yes that is true. Vince did in fact say that to Arnold. That is exactly what Arnold needed to hear. That drove him to become the greatest bodybuilder that ever lived. Arnold will prove anyone wrong who doubts him. Just like when he needed better calves. He cut off his sweatpants to show his calves . That made him bust his ass 6 and 7 days a week on the calves ( NO he did NOT have implants smh)    He was huge because in europe that is all they wanted ( kind of like nowdays just big bloated masses) So he trained and ate proper and became the best.

   Sorry to burst you Mentzer nuthuggers bubble but I believe the pic of methead mike doing "situps" was from 1978 Universe. NOT from the 1980 Olympia.  The 1978 universe was a good contest. Mike did in fact deserved to win that year but just by a hair. Like I have stated Mike was a good bodybuilder but when compared to bigger guys he was tiny. By himself he did look good just like zane did. But on stage next to the bog boys they both  vanished. All the little guys did. Hell even ferrigno at like 40 lbs more than Arnold in 74 looked skinny. 75 he ( ferrigno) was big but smooth. Nubret looked good but no legs. Arnold was the complete package back when that counted. Big, cut, proportionate, symmetry, tan, no tats, and stage presence ( counts for ALOT)
