Years ago when I was with a different coach I tired humalog. I havnt done it in years. This offseason I plan on using gh and slin together finally. It's the only really way for a guy like me to be a heavy weight. With out it in top of light heavy but never will be a contender at my height as a light heavy

They are a carb/sugar source  Gatoraid, Karbolyn or even just water and dextrose. If you don't your going hypo super fast

Actually, I have seen Vince Taylor over the years do that same exercise many times.  I don't get it as it looks like would grinding the hell out of your rotator cuff.
