Actually VERY COOL older area near downtown LA. Lots of craftsman and adobe type houses (1910s/1920s architecture). Very solid investment probably. And straight down Olympic or Pico or Santa Monica Freeway to Gold's.

Go to Google earth, type in the address and go to street level view. That is what you get.
