Supporting the third world in the usual ways is pretty inhumane. It just prolongs their suffering and endangers our lands. Think of all the new born and boat maggots who made it into Europe which provide future soldiers for a civil war.

A real help would be...
-paying an adequate amount of money for resources taken
-supporting the more intelligent and business minded group of people to take care of the rest
-avoid being a corrupt Europoor or Ameri-can yourself

Kissinger I believe has been the most pragmatic and practical voice in policy making. He is a realist. A realist is needed when dealing with vital resources and diplomacy.
