19-nor 3 Andro by AST... Did one bottle of this.  Went to do another a few years later but got spooked and threw it out (I am an admitted puss when it comes to this kind of stuff.  If I every feel dizzy, etc..i just stop using stuff,warranted or not).

I would use it on heavy squat days, then loved the euphoric feeling of having the body feel totally wiped by the mind racing.  Then, one day I got dizzy driving home and flushed the bottle down the toilet.

In the past 15 years I tried every herb, vitamin and mineral. Worrying when I walk in the shop and generally cant find anything I havnt tried once. Good thing Im not a drug addict.

I tried plenty of stupid products, there was this sublingual slime i tried from Biotest or Gen, cant remember exactly but it was some unfertilised chicken egg embryo extract from Russia. Didnt do anything.

The Shredz line is total junk and dog crap. The BCAA+Glutamine is the worst tasting BCAA ever. Nasty Stuff. I Found out most of the good reviews are fake. This company is a joke, as I did more research on them afterwards. Total waste of $$$$. Stay away.

1) The owner writes fake reviews, see the first in the list. No legitimate company does that.
2) Check the ingredients, besides the very small, almost insignificant amount of yohumbine, this thing is complete waste.
3) Check this guy's social media and you will understand why NO ONE should support them.

Here's the skinny on this item, it's a complete fraud, an expensive one at that. Not only does the manufacturer refuse to disclose their ingredients but if you contact them about the product they'll try to make it seem like its your fault you havent seen any results. I contacted the manufacturer to let them know the only thing I had gained from their product was a lack of sleep and an allergic reaction. They wont hear a word about a return or a refund so buy at your own risk. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!!! I bought the Female Alpha Stack and have been taking it for two months with also having a personal trainer 5 days a week and a nutritionist I have lost only 1 single pound !! These pills do not work nor give you energy...biggest waste of money ever !!!! STAY AWAY !!!!

The company that makes this product uses fake reviews to generate interest. If you notice nearly all of the 4/5 star reviews came in on the same date. The ingredients in this product do not work and it is overpriced.

Look this up if you don't believe me: The FDA does NOT regulate supplements. So, these guys can put anything they want in this bottle, call it something else, and sell it for outrageous prices. That is what they are doing, on top of the fake reviews.

There was a Weider product called Protein 101 or some such name. Anyway, that was way back in the early seventies and boy did that one taste good. Sweet, but tasty. Good for getting more calories in.

Shortly after getting a can of this yummy stuff all the Weider supplements were taken off the shelves. The Australian government tested some products and found that the contents didn't match what was printed

on the labels. The amounts of protein inside were greatly exaggerated. That 101 never appeared in Australia again which is a shame. Weider was fined $ and the money was forwarded to genuine research into nutrition.

I don't use or recommend supplements. Study nutrition and buy what you need at the super market. You don't need all that extra protein. A big lie still peddled by the supplement sponsored magazines.

I remember an old school 70s bodybuilder once telling me that Hoffman and Weider used to go into the factories at night and lace the powders with sugar.

I had the same experience with ZMA. In the end, it wasn't worth the cost as I was sleeping fine without it. I didn't notice any "gainz" on it or anything else.
