Thanks RR, I remember being a kid and the guy at the magazine stand where I would buy bodybuilding mags would always laugh and say, "you think you'll ever look like that?" Those were fighting words and got me to the place where I would never give up. That's what's so great about bodybuilding, even those who start off real skinny or fat can one day look great if they just keep at it.

Why they should be measured cold? I consider it same as standing on stage. We pump up before steping on stage.

Right arm is prolly 15-16 cold.

Left arm is prolly 12-13 cold as I have a distal bicep tear at the elbow. Surgery tomorrow morning. It'll get even smaller over the next few months.

Interesting question Bro. It just seems that even going back to the 1960's (really showing my age there) arm measurements were usually given "cold." Could be because there is so much difference from individual to individual in how much more size they get with them pumped.
When I was younger and my arms were smaller I could usually get a 1 to 1 1/2 inch pump from a good bi/tri workout, but these days the most I can pump them is just 3/4 of inch bigger then my cold measurement.

How is it for you guys, how much more size will a good arm pump give you?

This is. I know manys dont change their size even after arm workout. 3inchs are really big difference.(watching your pic..what a difference!) Mines get 1inchs(2cm+) when they are pumped(44.7cm to 46.7cm).

I could always get about a 1 inch pump from on my arms. From 17 1/2 to 18 1/2. Don't know about now haven't measured them in years. Here's the most recent pics with barely training.
