Why they should be measured cold? I consider it same as standing on stage. We pump up before steping on stage.
Interesting question Bro. It just seems that even going back to the 1960's (really showing my age there) arm measurements were usually given "cold." Could be because there is so much difference from individual to individual in how much more size they get with them pumped.
When I was younger and my arms were smaller I could usually get a 1 to 1 1/2 inch pump from a good bi/tri workout, but these days the most I can pump them is just 3/4 of inch bigger then my cold measurement.
How is it for you guys, how much more size will a good arm pump give you?
