Herman always has some issues going on. He probably was having car issues but when the police tried to help and pull behind him to pull him over because he had his hazards on, he probably didn't stop. Finally when he pulled over in a gas station, the cops had enough.

Herman always has some issues going on. He probably was having car issues but when the police tried to help and pull behind him to pull him over because he had his hazards on, he probably didn't stop. Finally when he pulled over in a gas station, the cops had enough.

Except even the cops tell you to pull over in a safe well lite place...You can tell by the video where the cop was asking about camera's that they themselves don't feel good about what they did...And why didn't they pull his wife  and kid out?

I would love to put cop haters in a uniform and let them deal with assholes. They really think they can sweet talk a guy into submission. They would be the first ones to swing night sticks trying to get a jerk to comply. What do you do when you pull over a guy and he refuses to talk to you or identify himself?  He's under arrest is the correct answer. What do you do when a guy won't comply with an arrest? How long do you spend pleading with him? No, he's going willingly or unwillingly. You have no right to resist arrest. A cop is given the power to use force.

I always find the biggest cop haters are liberals and those who are constantly involved with the cops. If you're a normal law abiding citizen your involvement with cops should be just about nothing except for getting stopped once a decade or calling for the rare problem. Three forms of identification? Bull shit.

Rules for having no problems with cops. 1. be civil and respectful. 2. Don't break the law. 3. Don't resist arrest. Fight the charges in court and not on the street.

Driving three miles when a cop car is behind you with over head lights hitting the siren is alluding and it is against the law. Where is the part where you only comply with a cop if you know him?  This stupidity  of Americans is rampart with people thinking they are lawyers. Wait till a judge hears her talking on that tape. These two are complete assholes. Asking the cop for his driver's license is a new one on me.

When he drove for three miles with cop cars behind him trying to pull him over he broke the law. If he would have immediately pulled over and respectfully  said I had car problems he would have gotten off with a warning for forgetting to turn on his lights instead of a traffic ticket. I think the cops acted with great restraint. They taxed him after talking to him and telling him what was going to happen. And even then only after he turned toward them. Fuck him and his 3 forms of ID. I hope he gets sent to Syria with a copy of the Torah in his pocket.
