Just wanna say thanks for helping with this hi fat idea. I actually never knew about that before and always assumed it was hi protein, mod fat, low carb. I love how this makes me feel. I am less anxious, feel tighter, more alert, etc
Im eating heavy cream, coconut oil, PB, AB, salmon with the skin, veggies with raw olive oil all over them, grassfed butter in my coffee (gross but oh well), physillium husk for fiber, baked chicken wings, grass fed beef. Fat is about 70 percent of my diet daily.

For an endo, this lifestyle is amazing. For a lean ecto, i think a heavy carb diet is probably best
