It's about that time to start getting back on the cardio/diet bandwagon. .kicked it off with an 80 min cardio session on the stair climber. ..got me thinking whats the most cardio you've ever done in 1 day..during my last prep I had a few days where I was doing 3 hrs total (3 sessions)..almost 800 cals burned in this session.

The longest I did was watching Troy while on the elliptical machine, just shy of 3 hours.
I ran 27 miles in a day i was really narrowminded back then
all in 1 session. .thats crazy
Low intensity, but I was dead at the end. I considered going for the whole 3 hours but I didn't have it in me.

TA, I am not a very good cook. I really like chicken. What do you think is a good blend of spices/ingredients to put on boneless chicken breasts before cooking? Maybe a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper?
Nothing. Salt and Pepper and then make a pan sauce. Putting spices on before, unless making like a jerk chicken or something is pointless in my opinion.
