I've heard 6 months off and 6 months on working his way up to as much as 10,000 mg's a week during contest season...If the alcoholic rumors are true than he's a legit addict. An addicts don't have the brain capacity to use restraint on drugs/booze etc...

Jay looked pretty big in that picture a week or two ago checking out the posing for the kid who win the USA.
