I was about to say his 10%, 10% bf is still tight. If his lower body and back are as hard and lean he's in the 8%-9% range.
I'm around 10% BF year round , and that's what I look like .

In clothes I look so normal...fit...but normal....to me it's that density when covered that leads me to question when someone claims natural...

10%bf is lower than people think. You could be in the 8% range if your legs are as lean.

Your muscles are poppin tho so they push aganst your skin, makes you look hard.

great deadlifting too, how many reps did you get with it

Diet and Cardio here.  I'd say the cardio 6 days a week is the biggest difference maker.

I don't really have cheat meals or days etc..  Eat out a lot though so steak, sashimi, lobster are always in the mix albeit with minimal carbs.

you can eat anything all day and you would stay the same condition, you're in great shape

definitely not 10.....partly fishing...partly to inspire...just to let people know it's doable naturally...you reap what you row....
