This is usually how my week goes. I'll break it down for you.
Wake up around 11.00-12.00 midday. Shoot gear. Go do morning cardio empty stomach. 45min - 1 hour cross trainer.
Come home, eat chicken and veg or fish or chicken and steak. (I call this the the good phase)
Log into Betfair start laying my horses and do my sports bets for the day. Post on GB in between.
Go back to sleep around 5.00pm and nap for hour or so, sometimes il go to brothel and fuck a whore instead if I am super horny.
Wake up around 5.00pm hit gym.
Train Chest+Back on Monday, Shoulders + Arms Tuesday. Repeat. I'll do legs once a week or just skip em altogether.
Come home around 6.30pm have protein drink, bit of chicken and veg etc.
Get ready go casino around 8.00pm, play poker till around 3.00-4.00am.
Come home wank and sleep.
By around midweek (Wednesday) I am so physically and mentally fucked that I will have full retarded blowout. (the start of the bad phase)
I start drinking whiskey and snorting coke and usually some girls who want coke from me or escorts or general hoes will come over my house.
We get high, drink, snort coke, pop cialis and fuck all night then smoke weed to sleep it off.
I will then spend all next day hungover and posting about it on GB to keep myself amused while ordering Pizza or have Mcdonals or Burger King to get rid of hang over.
Day after the hangover is done, I will go gym and do same I did on Monday/Tuesday (good phase again).
Then come Friday or Saturday I will have another full retarded blowout. I average about 2 a week. Sometimes more. It all depends.
Pretty much sums up my life.
You need to be more regimented. You are not Chris Cormier.
Morning cardio, done early morning, like 6am. Cut out that gambling, hookers, coke, etc.
if not, then do the gambling after you get your cardio and workouts done.
Chances are you munching on things between all of that, and chances are they are carbs.
You are basically killing your progress and wondering why you are not getting anywhere, so you up the dosage.
The chaotic lifestyle is not cohesive with a regimented lifestyle and will not help you in your endeavor. It will only hinder you, thus creating more frustration.
