That's kind of a contradiction to be honest. That's not "puffy". That's just a lot of bodyfat if you are actually that amount. Puffy=watery, etc.

I am both fat and watery, that's what Deca, Test and D-Bol do to you, especially since I lower my AI cos it makes me feel shit.

Once I diet down, up AI and switch to dry stuff i will be 10 times better than what I was last year.

I was trying to put on serious size which I did, just not as much as I had hoped, that is all.

I used to like running and doing interval sprints when I was like 160-180 ish.

At 220 no fucking way I can run or do that shit anymore. Fucks my knees up and I gas quick.

I just do cross trainer for cardio, between 45 mins to hour as fast as I can without gassing and sometimes boxing bag.

Can't even skip no more, got like elephant feet

Like sex is 10 times harder too and so is tying up my shoe laces and shit.

Just feel heavy.

But I get loads more respect walking down road, like people know not to fuck with me

How can one "over think" and continually get the wrong answer? Unless, the person is not really thinking (and doing the right things) at all. Which means, he's not really thinking "correctly".
He just makes things more complicated, because he thinks that it should be. And there is a lack of focus, concentration.

This is usually how my week goes. I'll break it down for you.

Wake up around 11.00-12.00 midday. Shoot gear. Go do morning cardio empty stomach. 45min - 1 hour cross trainer.
Come home, eat chicken and veg or fish or chicken and steak. (I call this the the good phase)

Log into Betfair start laying my horses and do my sports bets for the day. Post on GB in between.
Go back to sleep around 5.00pm and nap for hour or so, sometimes il go to brothel and fuck a whore instead if I am super horny.

Wake up around 6.00pm hit gym.
Train Chest+Back on Monday, Shoulders + Arms Tuesday. Repeat. I'll do legs once a week or just skip em altogether.
Come home around 7.30pm have protein drink, bit of chicken and veg etc.

Get ready go casino around 8.00-9.00pm, play poker till around 3.00-4.00am. Sometimes if shit game il gamble online instead.
Come home wank and sleep.

By around midweek (Wednesday) I am so physically and mentally fucked that I will have full retarded blowout. (the start of the bad phase)

I start drinking whiskey and snorting coke and usually some girls who want either coke/weed from me or escorts or general hoes/skanks will come over my house.
We get high, drink, snort coke, pop cialis and fuck all night then smoke weed to sleep it off.

I will then spend all next day hungover and posting about it on GB to keep myself amused while ordering Pizza or have Mcdonals or Burger King to get rid of hang over.

Day after the hangover is done, I will go gym and do same I did on Monday/Tuesday (good phase again).

Then come Friday or Saturday I will have another full retarded blowout. I average about 2 a week. Sometimes more. It all depends.

Pretty much sums up my life.

You need to be more regimented. You are not Chris Cormier.
Morning cardio, done early morning, like 6am. Cut out that gambling, hookers, coke, etc.
if not, then do the gambling after you get your cardio and workouts done.
Chances are you munching on things between all of that, and chances are they are carbs.
You are basically killing your progress and wondering why you are not getting anywhere, so you up the dosage.
The chaotic lifestyle is not cohesive with a regimented lifestyle and will not help you in your endeavor. It will only hinder you, thus creating more frustration.

It's a very lucrative, highly volatile, mentally draining,  earth shatteringly exhausting, soul crushing and emotionally lonely place with no fucking rhyme or reason.

Last year I ended up 373k through gambling.

In 2009 I lost close to 2.6 million, had a nervous breakdown, became suicidal and wanted to kill myself.

I wouldn't change it for the world though. I love this lifestyle, its given me everything I dreamed of but nothing in life is for free, you have to pay one way or another.
I have to pay with my soul.

I was actually going to say the exact same thing earlier but I felt like I was being sucked into the same "Junior Vortex" and posting anything more in the thread was a waste of time.

But I agree, they both have a decent knowledge of bodybuilding but because of that short attention span too many other factors such as drugs, alcohol, poor diet, sexual lifestyle basically kills any goal they might have.
