Also what is a good bench press x8reps for a woman? She tried bench press for the first time today and could only do 20lbsx8...lol and the 8th rep was totally reaching failure.
not even strong enough to do 1 rep with an empty Olympic barbell(she tried and failed). She lost two stone since being with me on the calorie target I gave her and she is now quite lean but needs to do some weights to stop being so unhealthily weak.
