1. I am old, occasionally senile and sometimes dry. Having said this, it always amazes me that others are still attracted to me.

2. Neither Cialis nor Viagra work for me. I'm thinking about hypnosis to wake up my sometimes flaccid, but not wrinkly penis...not that I am looking to do much with it these days.

3. Do you know something I don't? My wife and I are completely honest with each other. There never has been anything for either of us to "find out" about the other.

4. I hope my wife gets better too, but realistically she won't because she has stage 5 kidney failure, congestive heart failure and a bunch of other shit wrong which most often people die from. She and I are realist. Whatl we hope for is that her quality of life is as good as possible at this point. I do appreciate your thinking of her. She's a good woman who I probably never deserved to have in my life.

My bad I meant body bug, not bod pod. It's 4.00am here.
I wore one during one session, I told me I burned 2700 calories during 3 and half hour session.

It is not unrealistic for boxers/mma athletes or guys doing football training over 2-3 training sessions a day with bunch of high intensity stuff and drills to burn 5000 calories a day.
Don't forget after burn effect this type of training has on the metabolism along with all the other regular activities you do.

Its not a fucking joke like bodybuilding. We are talking about real athletes here not beauty pageant contestants.

It's very simple.
Genetically I have very high Iron level (so does my whole family)
Steroids exasperates my Red Blood Cell count and pushes up my Hemocrit to dangerous levels meaning I am 25% more likey to die of a stoke like my gramps did when he was 44.
My blood becomes like sludge which means my heart has to work waayyy harder and that pushes up my resting heart rate.

That is why I have to give blood regular like I am doing tomorrow.
I fucked up and forgot to give blood this time around.

This is the main reason. When I was natty and doing MMA training my resting heart rate was around 45 bpm.

When I go off cycle, it comes down to around 70pbm.

This is why you can't just make cart blanche generalizations without knowing the facts.

I disagree. On the scale of 1-10 I would rate Bodybuilding a 3 or a 4 for sheer athleticism.
Bodybuilding is about pumping shit load of drugs into your body, eating like a pig or starving like and Ethiopian to look like a freak that 98% of the general population finds repulsive.
It means risking early death for people and delusionites who suffer from body dysmorphia and have zero self esteem.

I've already competed at lightweight and cruiserweight and I am undefeated at 5 and 0.

No I have no desire to fight again right now but never say never.

I just enjoy the training aspect. Of course I will spar but not for any competitive reason.

Thanks Howard.

Everyday is a new challenge. Currently, my wife is in the hospital getting set up for permanent dialysis (probably three days a week). Yesterday went well for her. The shunt in her arm worked and she had two hours of dialysis. Unfortunately today the shunt was uncooperative and they were not able to do dialysis. They will try again tomorrow. If it works then again on Thursday. If all goes well, she can do dialysis on an outpatient basis at a dialysis center near our home three days a week. Dialysis won't extend her life, but it should improve her quality of life for as long as she survives.

We have come a long way, like 180 degrees since last week when we entertained the idea of her going into hospice. After the hospice rep visited us and explained that once my wife was in hospice the focus would be solely on making her comfortable with the use of a variety of mood altering drugs and that basically we'd all be just sitting around doing nothing while we waited for her to die, my wife thankfully decided that she wants to go out fighting.

These are hard times for all of us who have known and loved my wife. I am very depressed tonight because things didn't go so well today. Between posting on here for distraction, I have been calling her at the hospital repeatedly. She isn't picking up. Hopefully she is resting up for tomorrow when they will try to do dialysis again.
