Let's take a look at the top 4 pro trainers today.
Aceto- looks like an average joe.
Nicholls- a little bloated, average joe.
Hany Rambod- One chubby guy.
Charles Glass- very small and skinny man now.
Then you have your Will Brink, your Lyle McD, Dan Duchaine, etc. none of them were mass monsters, but they sure knew how to get athletes into shape.
Are you sure you wish to continue the argument that a trainer must be 250 to get someone to 250? The evidence is quite overwhelming to the contrary.
Wrong.
Firstly, I didn't say they had to BE 250, I said they have to KNOW how to get there... and you'll know how to get there when YOU'RE THERE and no time before.
You see 240, if you knew you'd be there.........
Stop changing the argument for your own BS ends.
I said "mass-building" you said "getting into shape".
Big difference and your attempt at changing the subject is typical of someone with poor reading comprehension.
Secondly, you think Aceto made Cutler into the monster he is now ??
LOL...Aceto just polished the package we currently see.
CUTLER made CUTLER the beast he is, and no one else.
Do you think Nicholls made Ronnie into 320 pounds of muscle
?
LOL...Ronnie was 300 pounds waaaaaayyyyyy before he consulted with Nicholls.
So stop trying to prove your "point" by using examples of trainers who were consulting massmonsters when in fact they were ALREADY HUGE when they started working together.
Your argument is so lame my back is hurting.
Show me ONE example of a 150 pound "guru" who took someone from beginner stages and turned them into a 250 pound shredded beast..Just ONE!
LOL
