Sounds like these dudes has read how to diet and not actually diet before kev the kid is proof that tried some shit fucked his metabolism up and has to start over live and learn there are all types of ways to eat and get lean but u have to spend the time to find what is best for your self and that is no bullshit

Yeah I didn't have a coach or anythjng I just straight fucked myself over and starved myself for 2 months. I got lean but i looked like shit and lost so much muscle that could've stayed if I dieted with carbs and didn't dive straight into 1500 cals. Big mistake on my part but now I'm keeping my carbs moderate and fats low and protein high along with fasted cardio and I look leaner and fuller than ever

Keto works fine , specially if you don't have time for tons of cardio... Extra protien straining the kidneys ::)

Carb cycling?, just reduce your carbs gradually as your diet progresses or do more cardio, cycling is a gimmicy fad

never was a fan of keto, I have time for cardio so my carbs stay moderate and fats are usually lower like .3xbw

Same man keto blowsssssss I just keep my fats between 20-40 max and keep carbs around 120-150 every day and 200-220 on leg day and hit cardio 5x a week for like 30 mins at the highest incline the treadmill goes to at like a fast walk and that shit ends up burning like 400-450 calories and im leaning out much faster than I was on Keto

9 weeks out. started tren ace at 175 wk, mast p 350 wk and test e 750 wk. Gonna start cardio tomorrow and recomp and get leaner as I go

Yeah man I'm still growing on low doses so I don't think there's really a need to use a higher dose when I'm still growing especially at a young age

I'm 19 still and haven't cycled a lot yet just low dose of tren and prop and then sustanon but I'm thinking maybe wait another 6 months-1year to use high doses but if i stop growing and hit a plateau I'll up doses earlier than that

Maybe this coming fall after my tren cycle I'll run

1g Test E or Sustanon/week
500-750 Deca/week
Oral to kickstart week 1-4 (Maybe anadrol?)

Then I'll probably run a bridge of 500-750 Sustanon till spring/summer and then blast tren and sust

1g Sustanon/week
700-1g tren ace/week
Maybe some mast?
Oral week 1-4 (Probably Anavar)

That should be good for my first high dose blast

I think he and I look better than 95% of the 19 year olds our age that go out and drink and become fat fucks in college. I bet a lot of you guys aren't at his bodyfat either. Having huge arms at 15-20% like some people are is not impressive. Give him a few more years to grow and he'll probably look much bigger. Also OP it's not good to be cocky stay humble man or you'll end up looking like a delusional douchebag other than that keep training and dieting and upping doses and you'll get bigger.
