Yes agreed but the point is I DON'T....It's a choice I make.
I only train crazy/hard/diet for 3-4 months at a time.
I treat it like fight camp.
Rest of the time I chill and enjoy life/food etc.
That means I have to be extra careful for the 3-4 months that I am dieting going balls out....everything counts in this period...no margin for error.
My balls out is extremely different from other peoples.
I'll drop calories super low and do 5-6 hours training a day.
Its a proven formula that works for me all the time.
Allows me to enjoy best of all worlds.
I am not interested in being a miserable cu nt eternally .....that is what most people don't seem to get.
Nope. You do not. If you trained all out and correctly for four months like you said, then scaled it back a bit, you'd be fine. It takes a bit more than 1hr per day. You're just a fruit loop who does a bunch of drastic shit for a few weeks, then crashes and burns.
No margin for error? For what? You're not an athlete, you don't compete. Just train for four months clean, the scale it back a bit when you want to "enjoy life". The thing is, it's easier to "enjoy life" when excercise compliments it, not over takes it.
