I used to train at Monster Gym on the West Island...great gym, big but a little too crowded.

Very good gym, been there just once though. Yes, can be crowded, but you'd never see me during peak times as I know my temper and it's not suited for such a time. I don't go nuts in public, just build up inner anger from guys standing in front of you to be inches from the mirrow, ya know... The usual shit, lol...

Ease up on the high level androgenic drugs and cycle on some cutting ones.

I like to keep things messy. It makes me feel good about myself.

I hardly ever put the weights back on the rack after or during training.

Matter of fact the only times I do is if too much shit is getting in my own way or my spotter, NEVER out of courtesy to anyone else...I don't give a fuck about them

Or if a really hot personal trainer chick is working and looking at me....then I might put weight back depending on my mood only to impress her.

If its a guy working I never put the weights back and they don't dare even say shit to me cos they know how fucking intense I am when juiced up to the gills.

I train hard enough as it is, I don't need to fucking waste more energy or time or lose intensity worrying about putting the weights back.

If you got time to do that you ain't training intense enough. It shows weakness.

I pay my gym membership like everyone else and that is the fucking job of the staff to put weights back NOT ME.

If they don't like they can fuck off and get job elsewhere.

I TRAINED AT A PLACE FOR YEARS AND LITERALLY DUMBELLS ALL OVER BY RACK 'FLOOR'IT WAS LIKE DODGING LAND MINES,,KID WOULD COME AROUND AND RERACK ALL OF THEM BIG #'S 100'S TO 130'S AND SMILE HE HAD NO CHOICE...

I not only put the weights back, sometimes I organize them. It is irritating when people rack the weights out of sequence. It is really annoying when someone puts 100 lb plates flat on the floor. They are a pain to pick up.

I especially enjoy it when one of the aforementioned "gym cops" sits there with his head turning purple biting his tongue  because I am twice his size and shredded, i usually give em a wink as I drop the 120s
