Some expert in the gym told me that I will never EVER get any real improvement in my military press unless I start learning how to push press heavy ass weights first.

That's some OLD SCHOOL BroScience right there.

Feel free to post a vid with your fat ass pushing 100kg overhead. You post 100 videos about hookers and blow.

Otherwise GTFO.

I did last year in my asylums thread, try watching my training videos for once, I did 6 reps with fucked up shoulder, 100k ain't shit.
I can't even do lateral raises now with 12lb dumbbells cos of the left fucked up shoulder....how u think I did that!!
I am going in for surgery in September.

Fat has nothing to do with being weak, how many fucking fat ass powerlifters are out there.

Honestly, I haven't watched a single one of your stupid-ass videos. But if posted one that said, "Here's me doing OHP with 100kg", I would. I don't want to see a vid of what you "used" to do. Do it now, tough guy.

You talk truckloads of shit and have zero backup.

Dude you are confusing me with my gimmick the trainer....lol
I back up more shit on here than anyone else.

Its not my fault you didn't watch the video.
I remember you guys called out flinstone too b4 he posted vid owning you guys.
Think he did 15 reps on 100k before bar slipped or something, he could have got 20 easy.

I am weak now on chest and shoulders, but its cos of injury.
Right now I can rep out around 180lb on shoulder press (I don't go heavier cos of injury)
On chest I don't go heavier than 220 for incline barbell press for reps.....I can't even do flat bench no more.

I am still shit strong on back and legs cos those don't affect my shoulder so much.

If you can military press 70kg for 10 good reps on a video before this week ends, I will do whatever you ask of me, but nothing gay.

My shoulder is beyond fuct but I will try it and video it....should be easy.
70 kilos is only 2 x 20 kilo plates and 2 x 5 kilo plates.
Shit I can barbel curl that for reps...lol

You guys are funny I have no idea how the fuck you train but I always trained heavy from young age
Now I am paying price....but fuck man if you think 70 kilo is strong...lol

What's funny is that you've successfully downgraded from 225 to 155 for your reps. You got into this by suggesting that you could do 225 (100kg) "no problem". So I want to see that. Fuck, even with my jacked up shoulder, I can do 10 x 155. That's not impressive. But I don't run my fucking mouth about what a "beast" I am, and you do.

You need to be quite advanced to military press 70kg for 10 reps with NO effort, it's more impressive than squatting 3 plates for 10 imo.

But you said you have it no problem. Can't wait to see it ;D

Try reading the thread. He said if you do 10 good reps at 70 kilos i.e. 155lb, I didn't downgrade shit he did....lol
I already said I don't go more than 180lb these days cos of my shoulder.
I already posted up video last year doing 220lb for 6.

.....you just coming across as bitter twink with your recent posts and a hater.

But I am not gonna get into it with you, think what you want doesn't bother me.

I'm good either way.

How much do dumbbells go up to in your gym bro?

my local small gym only to 25kg if I go to Derry then 70's, I can press the 50's for sets of 10 without any help getting them up or someone pressing my elbows.

70 kilos military press is a joke and most natty gym rats can do that anyway, nothing special about it.
My issue is not about weight even its about my shoulder which needs surgery.

I shouldn't even be training with it........but I do.....I had 6 cortisone shots in it.
If u want me to post up my doctors letter I can later today..

Severe impingement, calcification and bone degeneration.
My injury is why I don't take shit so serious now cos really I can't train properly and its agony every time.

wrong, it's very impressive for a natty. You need to be advanced to pull that shit off. Definitely not many natties can do that at all, no matter what gym you go to.

but you can pull out if you wish, I don't really care, but it would be cool to see you actually military press 70kg for n easy 10, keeping your back straigh, not arching your lower back one bit.

You said you only go till 180lbs, so 155lbs would be no problem for you. I won't believe you at all unless you post a video. Should be a non issue if it's easy for you.

I can curl the 40's for 10-12 reps if biceps are not fatigued already.

Agreed with the guy earlier, complete waste of time used for bodybuilding.Up there with guys who do extensive bench pressing movements then feel the need for front lateral raises
front laterals huh

Strangely, I wanted to do shoulders and traps today and I never do military presses (not standing OHP) but I did today. My biggest problem is that my shoulder won't let me do full ROM. The lowest I can go is just underneath the chin.

Idiotic.. Pushpressing eliminates the hardest part of the military press, same for touch 'n' going' the reps imo.

Most I've done is 75kg x 5 paused on the upper chest, with the last one taking like 10sec to lockout with atrocious form  ;D
Prefer just going for a 3 sets till failure with 60kg then drop down to 50.

At my strongest, I pushed up the 90-95 pound dumbbell for like 3-4 reps for shoulder press. Never got to the 100's  :( :(

And I am 100% natural, broskie!.
