In my old days, military presses (presumably no drive; I'm about to turn 37, so I don't have the Basiles and Lazarusii to consult on how it was done 2,400 years ago) were considered a delt AND triceps-building movement. Isn't there some science behind overhead movements strongly engaging the long head, or outer head, or fucktall head, of the tris?

Kidding aside, military presses used to be recommended for big shoulders and big tris. This advice might've pre-dated CGBP for tris, but whatever. One of my favorite triceps exercises used to be seated Smith press, close-grip from the crown or tip of the nose. It was easy to get strong on that movement and progress rapidly.
I was too fucking fat to really see what kind of triceps development it yielded, but my arms did consistently measure larger :|
