Just started doing them. people who complain about elbow pain are ego lifters. WAAAHHH i dont wanna look like a pussy so lemme bust my elbows up by loading plates on a bar.What I do is start with 5 lbs on each side and increase by 5 lbs for 4-5 sets. I alternate these with over head cable extensions each week.
