I'm not trolling  ,  I am speaking from my own personal experience,  having really weak calves that my friends used to make fun of .

You say that you can't improve  weak points , ''You will become an overall bigger version of yourself, that's it''

How about Arnold from a weak chest to arguably the best chest in bodybuilding history.

Does this looks like a bigger version of himself to you?

There is a reason why bodybuilders in the 80's had better symmetry -proportions/balance  than modern bodybuilders.

I think you don't get it. Yes, you can increase the size of a muscle (duh!), but you can't change its shape.

Kinda how I look now but I am little bit bigger and fatter I got better shoulders and chest.

I am sure. How about a pic so that we can compare you to Radu? Radu is bigger than me for sure, so if you are really bigger than Radu, I will submit to your awesomeness.

Same can be said for Arnie's calves.

Radu last september and today..

Is he doing low doses. If you are going to waste time with this shit, you might as well go all out and mega dose.

Yes he does look like a bigger version of himself. Are you saying only his pecs grew? Biceps and chest were always his strong points.

It would also help if you posted the same pose. Talking about the side chest and bicep shot.

I also don't know why people say he had weak calves in the beginning. They had excellent shape and you could tell he had plenty of fibers there. Weak calves that can't be trained is someone like Johnnie Jackson, Dexter, Ronnie etc.

No one changes their genetic shape much. Any fan of the sport could pic out young Arnold's body without his head because it's so distinct.

Maybe you don't know the difference  between  muscle shape and muscle proportions .

From you:
''no one ever changes their proportions''
''Big Ramy - will always be quad dominant.''
''Warren - will always be quad dominant.''
''Dorian - always slightly undersized arms''

BTW I'm done with this nonsense.

I do know the difference. I just don't think Arnold's pecs were lagging in the beginning for example. Kind of hard to compare the pics too because the poses aren't held the exact same way.
But from what I've observed in real life as well, the proportions of a beginning trainee become apparent quickly and it's very hard to change them through training. It's as if the body grows how the fuck it wants, regardless of anything you do. A while ago me and a friend laughed about this because his traps seem to have grown the most out of any bodypart and it's the only part he doesn't train directly.

But sure, I  would emphasize weak bodyparts as well in training, it's just that it doesn't work that well. :D But even small improvements would be welcome of course.

Tom Platz never got his upper to match his legs despite only training legs once a month and killing his upper body.

No one would resort to injecting oil if it was simply a question of prioritizing in training.

Tom Platz another good example.

IM: How long did you actually stay with this one-exercise beginner routine?

TP: Well, I trained for about two years like that – just sort of making my leg day an easy day. I think I did some abs that same day and some other things. It was a day I would go into the gym more or less to recuperate and to talk to some of my friends. Never really applying the energy necessary to legs that I did to other bodyparts. In fact, I was known in high school as having, you know, twig legs and a huge upper body.

IM: That’s rather surprising. Most people who know about your bodybuilding accomplishments might just assume that you started working legs right from the very beginning and your leg development just took off.

TP: No, it was completely the opposite. In fact, a lot of my high school buddies would say to me years later, “Oh, my God, in high school you never had legs. In fact you were known for having skinny legs.”
It wasn’t until we moved to Detroit and I went to a place called Armento’s Gym, which is still there, that I really got into leg training. I think I was in the 12th grade, and there were a lot of serious Olympic lifters in that gym.

Well like he said, never really did legs there. Once he did they exploded. Arms didn't grow much
from that pic. :D

I'm sure he did everything possible for his arms, it just wasn't to be genetically. Tom said many times the legs were
genetic, not that he didn't absolutely kill them of course. Sometimes I think bodybuilders should concentrate even more on their stregths instead of their weaknesses. What would Tom be without the legs, not a legend, that's for sure.

Really? Here's what I said

To those who comment on his lack of pecs or legs or whatever. And basically no one else will ever say this: no one ever changes their proportions. It never happens in someone who hasn't totally neglected some part of their body in training.

Platz really didn't train legs in the beginning. Show me someone who has been training their whole body for a while instead.

What I'm saying is especially true in the pro ranks as well as top amateurs. They go to these gurus like Charles Glass to hit their weaknesses from "different angles" yet it never does anything ever. Show me Dexter or Rhoden changing their proportions even slightly under the guidance of these master trainers. Year after year they look exactly the same. Only conditioning and overall size changes.
