Hell this was 24 hours out after a day of carbing. But I know now what to do next time. Carb heavy early out then lower the carbs the closer to the show. I can't do the carb heavy a day out stuff like most do. Carbs make me hold way to much water so it's best to load heavy on Monday tuesady and then lower it as the show gets closer.

What was your primary carb sources?   That's something you also need to experiment with to find out what works best for your body bro.

This may sounds nasty but it's somthing I've never dealt with tell now. I was carbing up on a lot of rice and and it backed me up bad. Which bloated me. Not a good combo. I can see why the pros have suck distended stomaches when you outing away 10 cups of rice in a day if not more for a few days

It was white rice. I seem to fill out way better on white carb sources. But I like potatoes next time I'm going to stick with those not bloat and they pass through me a lot better

Maybe Mike should try his wife's stack for his next show.

If I had to do that if just quite now. 80 mins of cardio and 30g of carbs the last 5 weeks.  Women have to really suffer

Try being less salty and you'll retain less water.

Mike could you post some shots without the long trunks (or if you insist on wearing them maybe a shot of you from the rear with the trunks soiled would be appreciated) and an upside down coffee cup?

Rooms service should have made that bed too. I'd complain.

No homo.

Hypothetically what would a man in a similar  situation use to prep for a show anabolic wise anyway?

I have no problems being honest about the gear when asked. Some people could do it with less some with more. It was test tren and mast and never went over 1g a week total. Actually I think it was right around 1g a week. With 50mg of winny and 50 abombsfor fullness but was cut towards the end

Dude not trolling, you seem like you've been open and honest but how can you be so open on a public forum after you've identified yourself?

Kudos to you nonetheless.  You worked hard and looked great.

Outed for preferring to pose in a thong to prove how ripped you are instead of banging the naked chick in your bed.

Legs looked like a roadmap.

What are you on? The guy has zero muscular detail in his quads. No separation. He has veins. That's what he has.

I'm not sell not condoning use to anyone. It's a personal choice. You can just got get any registration paper work for any npc show and show up at every competitors house and find somthing. It's that easy if you wanted to. People like Bostin are making videos with 10,000 of follows where he is recommending dosages to people. That I don't aprove of. I'd give you my advice but I'll never tell you what to do. That's your call and choice as a person

He spilled over big time.  Looked drier with more details a few days earlier.  Needs to fire his coach and hire Farrah

to add to that, I have always hated it when people lie when asked about drugs are they go out of there way to brag about their drug use. I will not lie about it and talk to you like your an idiot and i will not just bring it up just to talk about it. ill be a straight shooter tell you my experience and what ive learned and maybe you can take something away from the mistakes ive made
