This was After a clean refeed ,but as u See im still very fat bloated and Watery , im 20 so My Body is Crazy sensitive To Hormones i think

Yeah dude thats not bloat or water , just layer of fat. I have similar thick skin and fat u do. Just cut calories

You have the potential for a very good physique, rear lat spread is a great shot for you...

I think the 1st time you cut up, it suprises you how far you have to go to get dry and hard

somehow i cant manage to get very lean i dont know why .
maybe im to strict and then I start to cheat or my mind is shit because im flat and not as strong as I used to be.
so many variables ....

How strong u are has nothing to do with how u look, if u accept that part before u drop calories and realize u r not a lard ass powerlifter then u will not b bothered with that aspect

You train with a weight you can perform propperly for a certain number of reps.... If you do 8 reps with 100k on the bar when you fat, depleated you may only be able to use 95 for for 8 clean reps, who cares tho, long as you look good, don't consciously train heavy or light tho, the same training that built it will keep it.

My self, I don't think poundages sufferd hugely, as you tend to use more gear while cutting anyway

bout ok I will try to lift still heavy 8-12 rep ranges but If I cant handle the old weight who cares.
