dont train light on a cut , youll lose youre muscles etc
You train with a weight you can perform propperly for a certain number of reps.... If you do 8 reps with 100k on the bar when you fat, depleated you may only be able to use 95 for for 8 clean reps, who cares tho, long as you look good, don't consciously train heavy or light tho, the same training that built it will keep it.
My self, I don't think poundages sufferd hugely, as you tend to use more gear while cutting anyway
