Because that would entail me having to diet.
What I meant by not being cut and dry is: 2,000 does not breakdown the sugar, carbs, fat ratios of the above diets.
The 2,000 calories of "anything" will be processed differently then the 2,000 calories of steak and vegetables.
This also does not take into account that not everyone processes nutrients in the same manner.
This doesn't even take genetics or metabolisms into consideration either.
