I am just saying that pointing to a  5.1 Billion dollar company and saying, "Well they are doing well" is erroneous because that will most likely not be generalized to small businesses.  If they don't want to cater to gays/lesbians, then they may pay the consequences.

As I stated previously, a wedding company in portland did this and now they are closed. Its the chance they take.

Typically these small businesses failed not because their stance against polesmokers offended normal people to the point they didn't patronize the business, but rather being threatened with dracionian fines by overreaching government officials.  This is exactly why the law in Indiana is necessary and good.

As a PRIVATE business they have the right to refuse service to anyine they want to based on RELIGIOUS beliefs. Now that is a stupid idea and you should keep your personal beliefs out of the work place. But if they choice to its their right.

No it won't. I would be glad to go to a business that only caters to straight white people. Most Straight white people would do the same. Before laws were passed that forced white people, against their will, to cater to the mud races, and now perverts, small white owned businesses prospered without allowing anyone but white customers. If it didn't work, then there would be no reason to outlaw such normal behavior, because those businesses would just have gone out of business naturally.

This isn't 1950 anymore....shit doesn't fly anymore and any business that does will get shut down.  BTW, who serves pizza at a wedding reception anyway???  They opened their big mouths for nothing.

BTW...in the 50's they at least had signs

Including blacks, asians, muslims, mexicans, interracial couples???  You can literally insert anyone of the following.  And a business is not PRIVATE...its PUBLIC.  Your business is registered by the state and federal government as public to take advantage of all the tax breaks that come with it.

Yes they are stupid.....stupid for thinking that its going to fly.

Dude all your post are negative.

He was probably raised by racists or he is from a small bible belt town. Id almost venture to say he might have had gay experiences before. Usually the loudest homophobics are the ones that get caught at truck stops at the glory hole.

Hes either 90 years old, or trolling (and doing it well). If hes for real with all this hate, he likely just talks like that on forums and not in real life.

Businesses are PRIVATE you ignorant ankel grabber...just because they are registered with the government and do business with the general public doesn't make them "public."

At least the business in question is a successful one, unlike your 1,742 pathetic attempts.

The business in question is closed....its rapidly losing money and will be out of business pretty soon.  They opened their flaps on something that doesn't concern them because nobody fucking orders pizza for a wedding reception.

And businesses are mainly PUBLIC dipshit.  There are private clubs and private golf courses but I'd doubt if a fucking pizza parlor would be registered as a private club, asscamel.

public means government-owned, rump ranger

if there is one thing you can speak on with authority, it is the subject of rapidly losing money and being out of business

Quote
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indiana's Republican legislative leaders have unveiled changes to the state's new religious objections law that has faced criticism it could allow discrimination against lesbians and gays.

The amendment to the Religious Freedom Restoration Act released Thursday prohibits service providers from using the law as a legal defense for refusing to provide services, goods, facilities or accommodations. It also bars discrimination based on race, color, religion, ancestry, age, national origin, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or United States military service.

A conference committee must discuss the proposed changes to the law, and both the House and the Senate will need to approve them before they can go to Gov. Mike Pence.

Pence called for changes to clarify the law Tuesday in response to an uproar fueled by discrimination concerns.

Im fine with their law. Let these stone aged old fuckers go out of business all they want. Im all for this.
It will just open up more room for kind and hungry business owners who want to bring everyone to the table instead of alienating paying customers. Win win for all cities IMO

Yep and that's what happenned.  This pizza parlor went OUT OF BUSINESS.  It only takes a few days of no business to get crushed.  Most businesses run on a shoestring budget and apparantly this pushed it way over

Lolz, get as much as they can...cuz in 2 weeks once this is out of the news, say goodbye to getting money via pan handling. Lol desperation move to pay the bills. Good luck with that once the sexyness of the issue goes away.

Funny rant they posted too...it wasnt leftys that caused them to go out of business, it was the republican backed new law. They should be pissed. Now, once u deny service (like an idiot) u will pay, on the free market where people can choose where to take their business. Man these owners are a huge LOL! Funny shit

Im an atheist, but when a customer asks me my religion my answer is "what ever you want me to be, thats what i am...take me to your church. Id love to go"

Any other answer is idiotic for a business owner who wants to succeed

Lol the jokes on the business that turns down business. Moronic bizness owners.

I agree with this, as a business owner you're there to serve the community and make money...bottom line. BUT, also as a business owner they reserve the right to refuse business to anyone.

175k isn't much money for a business like that prob has some very high dollar loans to pay off.  Won't make a difference because they'll either have to come correct or get shut down anyway.  This law isn't going to stay around ;D

You know...honestly if they didn't want gays in their place, they can put up an ambiguous sign like "Christian Establishment" or something.  I mean when I was growing up, there was a place in Asheville called Mr J's Playworld 2 and it had a giant Confederate Flag Sticker on the front door.    It let black people know clearly that they want to frequent another establishment for their spirits.

What people are missing is that this is a little podunk pizza shop in a one horse town of 2500 in Indiana. How much could they really be losing? After the SJW's have moved on to the next cause that place will still be there. Worst comes to worst, they'll change the name and keep on chugging.

There's the Manta listing -

http://www.manta.com/c/mmn51f5/memory-s-pizza?utm_expid=82789632-40.QgpwtuS9RT-Vk2BteVfoew.0&utm_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F .

They make less than $500,000 a year. That go fund me will probably make that in a few days.

I'm an Atheist, and prefer to dine at christian run establishments, as they are less likely to have queers and illegal aliens, working in their kitchens, where they might touch the food that I eat.

the homos created a .com for the pizza place , i guess the pizzaria didn't own the domain

http://memoriespizza.com/

they had a picture of a pizza shaped like a dick this morning , so they took it down this afternoon lol

now it only reads

Don't discriminate.
(It's not nice.)
Also, in all seriousness, it's really dumb to not own a domain name for your business. Especially after you spew stupid shit on TV.
(And my web host started getting a lot of abuse reports, and I like them. So.)
