Slight exaggerations and misquotes on your part my friend. This is what I have said I have done in past and is true. If I wanted to could do again.
But I am not in mood too and have too many injuries and not training properly right now.

120lb DB incline for 6-8 - Yep I have done that no problem. Can probably do 130's for 4-5
400lb Squat for 6-8 - No problem
70kgs (155)...lol is this some kind of Joke?

I Posted video of me doing 220lb for 6 last year in my assylum thread when Flinstone smashed the same weight for 15.
80kgs barbell curl I said I can do "low reps"....I tried this totally cold other day and got 2.

I haven't trained legs in over year, cos I don't need too. I have amazing leg strength, and I got L4/L5 herniated dics when I was younger from doing heavy ass squats and deads.
Not interested in getting up to 400lb again, would take me about 6 weeks if I really wanted too do it.

I have major shoulder injury which needs surgery so not gonna risk it right now. I "might" give it a go on the 70 kilos cos it aint that hard anyway.

I will try to do 80kilo barbell curl on video for few reps next week or so or after Easter when I go gym since that doesn't affect my shoulder too much
