I am just going to stick to the facts and not get involved with name calling.
I tried they 80 kilo barbell curl last week totally cold as a test and I did 2 reps.
It's not perfect form and I swing a lot but I don't care, its good enough for the weight and my frame etc.
Considering I haven't barbell curled for ages I thought it was good first attempt.
I usually do dummbells now up to 26 kilos each.
I have no doubt at all I can get at least 4 reps out of doing 80 kilos.
You can post up all the old natty pics of me when I was like 160-170lb lifetime natty at the time etc......
It don't change the fact that I am 220lb now and been on gear at high enough doses for over year and half probably.
I have 18 inch guns now u morons....lol
I posted up me doing 220lb shoulder press last year on video (when my shoulder was not so bad) for 6 reps in my assylum thread.
