I've given up on the 80kg curl, but I will settle for the video of Joon throwing his back out with 50kg curls.

Look really there is only one way to settle this.

I have challanged you many times in the past and you have ALWAYS declind ALL my challanges, hence why you are essentially a waste of my time and I can't take you seriously other than just being a bad troll.

I will go on record here as saying AGAIN as I have said many times to you in the past there is not a single lift (apart from deadlifts which I don't do) that I can't beat you in.

Whether it be shoulder press, bench press, squats,....whatever...anything but deadlifts (cos I don't do em)

I'll put my money where my mouth is too on it.

I will put up 10k, you put up 10k, we specify 5-6 lifts that we agree on and we get independent poster form GB to verify the lifts all to be recorded and posted up here. You can have Walter White corroborate and I will have Bigmc.

Everything recorded on video in a reputable gym.

There you go u can't get fairer than that.

You say raise and call?

Guess what you don't get that option with me.

I always put maximum pressure on my opponents and i just went all in.

You have no option now but to call (i.e accept the challenge) or fold ...which is invariabably what you will do like you always have on here.

what's it to be?

I think you still have to curl 80k first

I have already done it mate many times in the past and did video about 3-4 months ago despite being completely off all gear, having post cycle issues and a debilitating shoulder injury which I am due to go into surgery for next Friday...you can ask Booty she will tell you the same.

Despite all this I still curled 70 kilos completely cold, not having barbelled curled for months on end (cos I just use dummbells more often than not) and managed to get 7 reps.

To me there is nothing special about curling 80 kilos for 6-8 lousy reps, many boys in my gym curl 100 kilos.

Not saying the form is pitch perfect, it never can be when your handling that kinda weight but its not like the bullshiter Bigmc (bless him) makes out that I was doing some kind of horrendous form resembling golf swing.

AJ wants something for nothing.
And nothing in life is for free.

Everything has a direct or indirect cost including an oppourtunity cost.

I can make a thread here saying AJ can't squat 400lb like I can and keep bumping it for the next year and keep repeating myself like a parrot over and over saying "where is my video????....where is my video"

The fact is I am deeply in his head. He talks about me when I am here and when I am not. Why?

Because deep down he feels inadequate about his non existant gains and wondering where he is going wrong when the answer is and has always been the same which is that he is simply not willing to up his doses and do what it takes.

I am ALL about risk. I take hundreds of risks everyday because I know end of the day the rewards are big and I am not scared of failure.

AJ is ALL about NOT taking risks, all about being Mr Average, working for the firm, being told what to do in life, whether it be by his firm or his wife. He tries to play all sides.

One minute he is teaching the bi polar retard from Regina how to hack this site.

The next minute he is telling Ron how he can help prevent with future site attacks.

He is a feable sheep incapable of independent thinking and follows the crowd wherever the wind blows.

He has a Sev like mentality where he has deep need to be patted on the back and told he is "doing a great job"

No. You need to be prepared for surgery and that means going in with no drugs in your body and not delts engorged with blood from pumping weights or nude wrestling.
