weider took credit for it in his weider training principles before mentzer, but robert kennedy rip actually brought it to the forefront as a training method... recently i read in a nearly 60's mag where some other guy was actually using it then... so that predates kennedy inventing it.

Blaha does have a decent deadlift I guess probably due to child bearing hips of peace, he pulled like 530 but I can't remember his weight class

He had skinny arms for years and then he started using gear and his arms grew so now he's a strength coach.

He has to be the most arrogant prick on Youtube still today. Now he has his "breakfast with Blaha" everyday where he talks to the camera while stuffing his face with rice and buffalo meat. He has made ridiculous claims in the past about being a strength coach to professional athletes including NFL guys. When I ask him to name one it's crickets.
