thanks wes seriously as ive gotten older i have left my ego in lifting at home, i just train moderate weight and reps going for good pump and feel.
back in my 20's i was obsessed with going up in strengh every workout , especially when i got into the mentzer stuff hardcore.
i had some injuries that took a long time to heal. bla ha is a real clown i really think he uses his "power lifter" status
as an excuse to night diet, or do cardio and do low rep easy workouts.
even worst is this guy dont even realize how moronic he looks to most people even in his videos he wears these goofy shirts that are
a couple sizes to small for him to make himself look bigger.
