I am now also on a Keto diet & have been for 5 weeks. Prior I was high protein low carbs with a cheat meal allowed once a week. 10 months ago I was 190+kg after daily gym & following proper diet plans I am 1.4kg away from loosing 50kg which is my next target.
The plateaus are very frustrating. You train all week for so little results then suddenly it starts again. Keep up the good work/ Please keep me posted.
