I think I would call it more opportunity. if you're in the right environment and yes, work hard opportunity will present itself. Would you consider opportunity luck?

I've had clients want to invest in my gym because they see the success I've had and yes, how hard I work at it. Is that luck or opportunity?

he government is not taking money to give to "leeches" as you put it....these people didn't get rich in a vacuum....they got rich because the government put infratructure in place such as roads to help businesses succeed....

try getting iphones to market without roads and bridges
