Looking good. I'm actually trying to get into similar condition as my "on-season" shape. :D

No, I'm not competing but consider the summer sesason to be "on-season" for me. That's the kind of conditioning I'm trying to obtain for it.

That's exactly how small I was back in the Corps before I started training... I am still as lean but have far more muscle. Not bad shape at all man - just not what I would consider bodybuilding...

No disrespect intended either man... I know hoe hard it is to stay lean.. I have for a couple decades and I don't hold as much muscle as I once did... Its all in what your goals are..

Such narrow little shoulders on you and an ugly mug to boot. The frame of a petite lady.

Agreed - I would never want to look like a bloated pig for 10 months of the year just to look great for 2 months.

My weight still fluctuates a bit but even in my "off" shape I still have clearly visible abs. I just lose some muscle and especially
fullness and gain a little bit of fat but that's it.

However did you not just reach this condition very recently? You sound as if you've been "walking the walk" for the last decade or so  ;)

I give you props for getting back into shape again but it's yet another thing to maintain this condition for pretty much the rest of your life or at
least a very long time. I wish you good luck on this however. What are your plans for the future in terms of bodybuilding? Do you want to stay at this size or go up?

Why not post a full body pic, it's really hard to tell what you're hiding underneath and your legs used to be a strong point anyway so I guess they are nothing to be ashamed of.

I don't think it's necessary to gain more than 20-25lbs from your contest weight to offseason weight although men's physique pros like Jeremy Buendia is like 165 during his contest and 200-205 during offseason. I think it's just an excuse a majority of people use to get fat as fuck then they eventually get too lazy to get lean again and stay fat and looking like shit.

Nice abs but honestly most 5th graders are bigger than both of you. I have a hard time considering this bodybuilding. You may consider bikini as you're more suited for it.

Yeah I made the mistake of going from like 180 8% body fat to like 220 14% body fat because I thought since I was on tren I wouldn't get fat and when I did get fat I thought I would shred back down to 8% in like 10 weeks. Big mistake lol it took me like 16-20 weeks to do a cut back down to where I was and I only gained like 5-7lbs of muscle. I don't think I will ever go above 10-12% body fat again its seriously not worth having to diet down for a long period of time just so you can be a fat ass for 2-3 months.
