Ah yeah Poland is where the irish lads go too for gyno surgery, I know a few who had great results there, im in the market for some new kidneys if you see any when youre over there

I had my gyno surgery in the UK. Cost more than it would have done abroad but I wasn't too trusting of getting surgery in another country.

Some people are like that man, my training partner got her tits done in Ireland for 6,500euro compared to 2,500euro for the same job in Poland, she didnt trust east european doctors. No pics of tits btw

I'm going to medimel. Pretty well known With the uk guys, plenty had it done. I just can't pay someone 4grand more than some one else can do it for the sake of a 2hour plane trip on easyjet. Cheap as chips.

If I was minted then yeh I'd just get it done in London as it's ideal for recovery but I'm not rich

Yes RO, if u look up medimel Poland gyno surgery you'll see a load of threads from various sites with bodybuilders getting it done there. Some one I know from the gym had it done and his scars are pretty much perfect, you'd never even know.

She's a surgeon who trained in the uk in Bristol, researched it for ages. She does ultrasound first to see where the gland fully stretches out too then removed the gland (100% or as close to as possible she said) the lips suction any fat to contour it better and leave no deformitys.

When the weathers cold it don't bother me but as soon as I'm warm, droopy tits come to mind. So thought fuck it get em out.

LOL. This sounds similar to the gyno I had. When it was cold, the whole chest region got hard and it looked fine - you couldn't even tell I had gyno. However, it looked like shit in warmer weather as it just drooped down.

The surgery cost me £2,500 in the UK. You get quality aftercare treatment thrown in which is a bonus and it's easy to arrange further appointments if necessary.

Yeh I saw levick and karidis in the uk who both wanted 4.5k plus 1000 hospital fees! Fuck that. I will admit I'm dreading the boredom of 4days in Poland hotel post surgery sitting around doing nothing.

I put it off for so long cos 50percent of the time the uk is cold as hell but I wanna go on holiday and if got the money, just didn't wan a come off gear. But been off for 6months now! How'd did urs go? Are u juicing again?

Mine went well. It was over a year ago and the scars aren't noticeable unless your looking closely.
I'm natural so the gyno wasn't caused by hormones, it was just something I had since a teen and it always bothered me. I eventually just thought "fuck it" and went to get it removed.

I got mine done with The Hospital Group and the surgery itself took place in Dolan Park in Birmingham.

Is like.....miserable for the first three months. Didn't run a pct as originally gna jump back on after surgery but as that was delayed two months that fucked up that plan... I had bloods a fortnight ago, everything is in normal range. Dick is working fine, mood is good. Obviously I look like shit lol (eg sevs before picture) you've had a fair but of time off training gear in the past? U know the feels.

Wanna get back on but in a strange way don't..not sure whether I'll jump back on or trainin....gulp...natty for a while

Cheers mate, hoping for a similar result. And not sure whether I'll juice again yet. I travelled to Birmingham to see Paul levick at the priory clinic I think. I'll update this in a couple weeks once I've been sliced up and hoovered out the crap.

does going through the miserable times make you think twice about what it does to the system? I know if I came off for 6 months I probably would not go back on again.

100%. I don't miss the jabbing, popping pills to counteract other sides, the shitty skin etc I only miss the results in the gym but it's all borrowed to a point.

Not sure whether I'll go back on. I sold every bit of spare gear I had to resist any temptation. Do u ever consider coming off? For good tho. To me it means leaving trading behind tho I think, will probably get back into football, squash and swimming cos natty training is pointless after knowing what's peds do (for me personally anyway)
