is the skinny, bald guy posting pics a romanian?  This is insane, I swear to god that's the guy i met on holiday there last year that was trying to sell me some lucky heather. I said "it can't be that lucky because you have tons of it". He had a girl with him that was in pretty good shape to be fair, but she kept coming up to me and grabbing my balls with one hand whilst slipping the other hand into my pocket to fish for a wallet. If it isn't him then he has a twin in romania.

Fantastic gimmick very believable.

Sev is the little guy who hides his arms when he poses and a guy like Big Ro will come out all the way.

well show them off then, whap the bags down around the ankles and be a proper bodybuilder.

Your low calorie dieting in your off season. Sensible plan for someone who badly needs more size.
am currently around 4800 calories and will go up to 6000 soon. Again you fail with just about every false assuption. Good bodybuilders keep an open mind and always learn.

You are in great shape and I do believe you when you say that your legs are your strongest bodypart because they used to be ahead
of your upperbody in the past so why would it be any different now?

However I wonder what your plan looks like since you've said you are going to compete in September.
Will you try to keep this level of conditioning the whole time (which I assume since you've implied this in the first post) while adding some more muscle?
Or are you willing going to sacrifice at least a little bit of conditioning in order to gain more lean muscle? I think I remember that you eat very clean at times,
do you not get bored especially if you're doing this for like almost a year? What was your last competition?

I still have a hard time believing that the guy next to you is actually over 200lbs but it could be if he's not as lean as one might think he is.

I think there are actually quite a few similarities between our bodies... we both have weak arms, strong legs.. born to be rather small and lean than huge.
"I have ahard time believing..."

.. then don't. Stop projecting your own doubts and uncertanties

The way you describe things clearly show you really don't understand how this whole thing works.

This whole thing meaning bodybuilding? Well that's funny because I somehow managed
to get in better shape than you've ever been despite having terrible talent for bbing and using
a lot less chemicals...and I actually "walk the walk daily" and never get out of shape except for a couple of times
after accidents/sickness.

4800-6000 calories sounds like a lot. thats what 300 pound bodybuilders/strong men eat.
why would someone half their weight eat as much ?

I honestly have no problem with you at all... in fact I think you're one of the more interesting and good members on here and I give you props
for getting back into great shape so no hate from my side at all. After watching some of your videos I'm also sure that you are far more athletic than
I will ever be and I'm actually a bit jealous about how easy it apparently was for you to hit 400lbs on the benchpress while I'm struggling for more than a decade
to get close to 400lbs  ;D

I just thought that your response to my questions was pretty lame since they were honest questions out of curiosity and not intended to offend you. You act
as if you knew some secrets to getting in shape and building muscle and that usually makes me wary.

Here are some pics of what I look like pretty much all the time, sometimes a bit leaner sometimes less but always somewhere close to this except for when I'm off gear but
I still look decent even then.

Any back pics? Would be interesting to see.

I know he will  ;D

I know that I was never meant to be a good bodybuilder but I've realized this early enough and not trying to force something that should simply not be but instead
try to do the best with what I have and I guess that has worked out quite well and I'm pretty happy now with my body although when I see some people with blessed genes
I do get a bit jealous every now and then but I know that I have other qualities and being a great bodybuilder is not really that important overall.

Very nice quad separation for your standard look.

Thanks although I have to admit that both of those quad pics were taken after a few weeks of rather strict dieting but my quads
always show pretty good separation. Posted a few more with less separation, the first one being an example of pretty much the least separation
I'll have (and also very old pic with less muscle everywhere) but as of now I'm not really trying to gain any more weight or at least I'm not trying to force
it by bulking up too much because by now it seems that it's not really a matter of food but rather mgs...
