thorn achilean left the left calf atrophied and the herniated disks made the right thigh non responsive to any stimuli. Legs were my best bodypart

that explains it... but good work for doing whatever you can to train legs.

My right knee is making this horrible noise as what you would hear when you step on a small pile of dry wooden sticks when I extend it. It doesn't hurt but it's already been over a week since it happened and I'm afraid something's wrong with my ligaments and I will def not squat or deadlift, it hurts my head really.

oh why did she have to hit me with her car in 2011... old injuries are now starting to take effect :(

From what I've seen of eastern European fashion they'll be something like this..

I agree, real bodybuilding is looking fit year round. I respect a man who can be in shape consistently

Sev has looked like that for less than a year of his entire life.
Guy is always out of shape.

That aside, the delts look good and the pecs are much improved.

Sev, apart from pharmaceutical differences -- if any -- what did you do to bring your pecs up?

This is a serious question, btw.

No shit?  ;)

I'm not paying a dollar for that, but it is always interesting to know how someone improves upon a weak bodypart.

I lost my left calf after an ACL knee reconstruction, I had the hamstring calf tendon taken out for the graft, but a nerve must have got hit along the way, its now a full inch smaller than the other leg. Had similar issues from neck discs effecting my right arm pec lat. Nerve injuries suck, theres usually no full recovery.

I get what you are saying about nerve problems. My spine has compressed so much and there is enough arthritis in it that it has affected my sciatic nerve to the point where I can't walk any distance without my right foot getting completely numb. Couple this with a somewhat failed (my fault) meniscus surgery on the right knee makes me feel like a total cripple sometimes. I had a steroid injection in my spine a few days ago. My fingers are crossed that it will alleviate some of these problems.

I know I have written this many times before, but getting old is a huge bitch!

I want to apologise for my early post where I chided you for having skinny legs, or so it appeared in those sweats. Looking at some of your "before" photos, you've made huge improvements and you are right to be proud of this.

I hope you know that I have no lust for you (don't take it personally), and I also hope that your comments to me were simply a reaction to the fact that what I posted got your ire.

sev looks really sharp from the front and from the sides.

your back does seem to lack in comparison to your front. Not saying your back is shit it's great, but your front and side view looks dense and crisp as fuck!
