I get what you are saying about nerve problems. My spine has compressed so much and there is enough arthritis in it that it has affected my sciatic nerve to the point where I can't walk any distance without my right foot getting completely numb. Couple this with a somewhat failed (my fault) meniscus surgery on the right knee makes me feel like a total cripple sometimes. I had a steroid injection in my spine a few days ago. My fingers are crossed that it will alleviate some of these problems.

I know I have written this many times before, but getting old is a huge bitch!

Best of recovery to you, you have at least got to an age most won't and are still going all be it with a few problems, I'm mid 40s with my issues, it worries me how I will be if i get to your age, wasn't a heavy juicer, but a heavy lifter. wouldn't change a thing but the shit took its toll thats for sure, no pain no gain, didn't realise the pain came 20 years later  :)

sev looks really sharp from the front and from the sides.

your back does seem to lack in comparison to your front. Not saying your back is shit it's great, but your front and side view looks dense and crisp as fuck!

Bodybuilding will be the joke at the end of the physique shows, they will wheel them all on to laugh at their guts and mock them by cupping their ears.

Fortunately, I knew my body's limits. Heavy lifting was never an option for me. You have to be naturally strong and built for power lifting. I'm not. For one thing, my arms are too long. It makes heavy bench presses all but impossible, unless a full range of motion is sacrificed.

Kind of like those power lifting meets back in the day. When the power lifters were done then they would haul out the muscle men.

I think that's how Franco met Arnold.

This is me as well. I dont have the large powerful glute and short legs.

I'd be happy viewing you on a pair of crutches, hobbling around and serving me lemonade with mint ice cream.

Great, make a website so we can all send the proper authorities over to let them know what the mentally retarded and disabled moron is REALLY doing with all that government money he steals.
