its been 10 days since last time and i managed to get to the gym again. i did the following
leg extensions
leg press
seated leg curls
thats it.
i dont think you need to go balls to the wall training legs in order to get growth, maybe if you've reached 95% of your genetic natural limit you really, really, need to push it to make additional gains, but if youre a twink and nowhere near your limit, the body will grow anyway. im quite confident that these three exercises alone (well two only as i mostly use leg extensions as a warm up) will be more than enough for me to grow my legs rapidly and massively.
im looking to work my ass with the glute machine next, it seems like an akward exercise but i think its be worth it to get that bubble butt both men and women enjoy, appreciate and adore.
as for gym observations, not so much today but here's some:
there were a bunch of women doing some kinda circuit training involving rubber balls and stuff, and one man. naturally i was looking at the man and he looked pretty well hung to the left.
there were a tall guy with long hair and a beard and a tank top. on his arm he had tattoes. the biggest one was of batman. i do not know why you would tattoo batman on your arm.
the legpress was, as always, empty.
in the lockerroom a guy had a shirt that was hanging down to his knees as he was pulling down his underwear, if i would have timed it better i mightve got a glimpse of his package.
beside my locker a black guy was taking his jeans off but for some reason i didnt check out his ass. my focus was clearly off today!
i didnt have a padlock for my locker and i was worrying, not for people to steal my stuff, but to tamper with my proteinshake, maybe pissing in it. but it tasted fine!
