they have found out what happened, so everyone can relax.
of course, they're not going to tell us what happened.
No, IF they choose to release that, it'll be months down the road. Probably winter-time, the day of the first big cold snowstorm to ensure nobody comes outside.
And their reasoning? We don't want to upset people. The same people they 'gave room to destroy' stuff.
1. I tend to side with the police on most of these issues. BUT, to me, it looked like he was beat senseless BEFORE he was put in that van ( * video of him being put in the van). The claim that he broke his own back/neck while shackled in the back is not credible. The guy killed was a drug dealer and petty criminal. His lifestyle and personal choices put him a bad situation with the cops in the first place. BUT, I don't think he deserved to get f'd up and killed over it.
2. The rioters and looters don't really care about justice. Most don't want to obey the law and live in a civil society.
Many dysfunctional people want to live in a "nice , safe, neighborhood." The problem is that if they move in the nice neighborhood, they have to start acting like the decent folks . If not, their own wacky behavior brings it down for everyone.
