Just as I suspected, Big Ro has no fighting ability.  You obviously have zero boxing training and throw punches like an uncoordinated idiot.  Your punches are all arm and zero technique.  For a big guy, you have no idea how to generate punching power.

There was no punching power, your punches are typical of an untrained guy.  Your punches are more like a pushing motion.  Power starts at the legs and good punching technique using your whole body will see it released through your fist.  Your stance is a little too square, you lead with the wrong hand most of the time and your chin is exposed constantly.  You're also slow as fuck.  Here is a tip, speak softly and carry a big stick, because you don't want to get in a fight with your level of skills, their are some killers walking around half your size, and you don't want to mess with them.

No excuse to use poor form.  You can do cardio and improve your skills.  It's an odd video to post too, as it highlights how BigRo can't fight, if he had some decent boxing skills I would understand, but it is embarrassing.  He has given his hand a way, and has let any potential future antagonist know that he can't handle himself when the shit hits the fan.

Grow the fuck up, it isnt the school playground with kids vying for status.

Why would a grown man be getting into fights?

Stick to talking wankfests with your mates you fucking baby.

I was putting my body in to the punches it was not all arms, using leg power too. If you were on the receiving end of those you would say different.

Every man should know how to fight, because grown men get into fights (all the time). I can't respect a man who hasn't been in a good old fashioned fight.  A man who can fight and is willing to fight for what he believes in is a true man, those who never learned to fight or who avoid fights because they can't fight are embarrassing to witness.  Oh well, I guess you can always pick fights on the Internet though to compensate for your obvious inadequacies.

He isn't a boxer.

He isn't trying to KO the bag. it was just cardio-exercise for him.

Seeing Big Ro spar with Big Marty Falconetti would be a fun thing though.

BigRo, I hate to tell you, but they are not powerful punches, plus they are incredibly slow.  I used to be a boxer and still train in it for fitness.  I honestly feel a bit embarrassed for you, as any trained fighter could tell you just from watching that video that you have no idea what you are doing and that you would get KTFO in less than a minute if put in the ring with a trained boxer.  I am being sincere, pull that video down as you are embarrassing yourself.

Your 80Kg barbell curl video is impressive, this video not so much.

Big Marty Falcon would definitly load up one punch using his legs and hips to generate force.

No pitter patter punches there, he would go for the KO for sure! :D

When did you last have a fight, serious question because I haven't had one since I was 18, thats 32 years ago.
